We are looking for a Trainee Internal Account Manager to come and join our Keyline business, part of the Travis Perkins Group, based at our Regional Sales Office in Reading, on Elgar Road. You will join a team of 9 and will be provided with full training internally. The Sales office Manager has created a fun and professional atmosphere, so you will be in great hands. 

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm No Weekends!

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in Keyline, and now that you have a new found knowledge of our products, here are a few pointers:
  • In this specific Trainee Internal Account Manager position you will be working with an experienced sales team and our key account customers.  
  • You will be responsible for liaising with our customers, branches and managers to achieve sales and growth targets. 
  • You will be offering a seamless and outstanding customer service to support with queries, quotations and orders.
  • You will take ownership for quotes/orders and sales enquiries. 
  • You will deal with all inbound/outbound calls. 
  • You will work directly with preferred suppliers/manufacturers to source the equipment on behalf of the customer. 

What experience do you need?
When it comes to your existing skills and experience, personality is the first thing we look for. You will be provided with all the training and support needed. What we want is someone who can warmly connect with customers, is quick to learn and used to working accurately at pace.
