We have an exciting brand new opportunity to join the family at BSS as a Training Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting a significant technology programme - you lead the end to end management of training  for the programme within BSS

What you’ll do

As the Training Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of training including planning, designing, delivering, and coordinating all training elements of the Kerridge rollout to enhance the knowledge and skills of the BSS colleagues.

Some accountabilities of the role: 
- Development and delivery of an effective, robust and accurate training strategy
- Design and implement phase by phase relevant training materials to the business
- Identify opportunities to improve training delivery methods when required
- Undertake training needs analysis to identify the gap between ‘as-is processes’ and ‘to-be processes’

Is this you?

The successful candidate ideally will come from a design training, development and delivery background. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and can deliver messages in a simplified way that tells a story. You will show enthusiasm, the ability to be dynamic, creative and have an energetic style when delivering training. 
Due to the nature of the role and the project requirements we need someone that can work within a fast paced environment, is a strong team player but also work on their own. 

It is also important that you have knowledge of the learning and development cycle and understand the pros and cons of different learning methods.
