We have an opportunity to join the Plumbing and Heating Division’s Digital Team as a User Experience Designer supporting our innovation initiatives. 

What You’ll Do

As part of our digital product function you’ll work closely with product managers and their teams to design solutions and experiences which delight our customers. You’ll be a key contributor to green field innovation projects breaking into new markets and the digital transformation of our existing services.

You’ll be empowered to define and evolve our UX ways of working, continuously driving design best practice and ensuring we stay up to date with new tools and techniques.

You’ll be responsible for researching, designing and prototyping market leading experiences for new, scaling and mature products within our digital product landscape.

Is This You?

  • Experienced in creating intuitive and insight driven digital experiences with a fantastic portfolio
  • Deep understanding of UX best practices including multi-device design principles
  • Confident communicator able to advocate for usability in product decisions and feedback
