We are TF Solutions. You’ve probably never heard of us before, and that’s OK. We’re part of the Travis Perkins group, and we are a distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration products. 

Our branch in Leeds Branch on City Park Industrial Estate, is currently looking for a new team member to join us on a casual basis, starting ASAP and ending in November. In an ideal world, we’d look for someone to work Monday to Friday 8am-4pm but we appreciate that the world is not ideal, and therefore can offer some flexibility for the right person. We’re proud to be a “real living wage employer” which means this position pays £9.90 p/h.

We’re not looking for experience. What we are looking for is someone with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to do a great job, everything else can be taught! 

What Do We Do?

We supply air conditioning and refrigeration products to our customers, who are typically heating and cooling engineers. From air conditioning units that can be used to cool an office, to the fridges you see in your local supermarket, we do it all. We’re a supplier to the trade, which means our customers rely on us to source and supply their products so they can continue to satisfy their own customers.

What Will You Be Doing?

Our branches are attached to a small warehouse which houses all of our stock. From air conditioning units, fittings and components, to fridges and tools - we cover the lot. We’re looking for someone who is happy to work in a physically demanding environment, working as part of a team to keep the warehouse running smoothly, efficiently, and most importantly, safely. 

The successful applicant would be responsible for organising stock and putting it in the correct locations, loading and unloading branch vehicles as and when required, and general housekeeping duties.
