Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights)

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Experience in a large-scale logistics and inventory warehouse environment
• Experience in managing warehouse operations using manual process such as dashboards and spreadsheets (we are in the process of finding a suitable WMS)
• Knowledge and experience of fast-paced warehouse/distribution centre operations.
• Ability to effectively lead, train, and coach individuals and groups, knowing how to get the best out of people and foster a collaborative culture
• Proven ability to handle pressure and make business-critical decisions.
• Energetic, positive, and highly motivated with effective communication skills.
• Strong planning and strategic thinking.
• Ability to participate in and lead projects such as WMS integration
