We are Benchmarx who offer a high quality range of kitchens and joinery products backed up by excellent service, we are also part of the well known Travis Perkins Group and this opportunity is based in our standalone branch in Bracknell. We are a fabulous friendly team of 4 in the branch. 

Hours- Monday- Friday 7.30am-5pm and every other Saturday 8am-12pm.

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next, but with your new found product knowledge and onboarding, here are a few pointers:
  • Take full responsibility of the stock and ensure that adequate provision is made for customer deliveries. 
  • Delegate Team duties.
  • Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing. 
  • Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times. 
 
What experience do you need?
It doesn't matter what sector you come from, we just need transferable skills -sales experience, and great customer service as full training will be provided.
