Are you able to support the delivery of relevant and engaging online product experience for our Plumbing and Heating division?

As a Website Merchandiser you will support the implementation and delivery of the online range and merchandising strategy for specific categories in order to maximise customer experience, sales and profit delivered for various Plumbing and Heating brands online and associated channels eg click & collect, supplier direct and home delivery. You will deliver relevant and engaging online product experience, and the optimum user journey, for all of our customers to support their service and purchasing objectives. Maintain a thorough understanding of the target customer base and market.

You’ll also review competitor websites to evaluate site merchandise, promotional tactics, assist with sales catalogue management, content upload and maintenance as required using the site merchandising tools to optimise both user and commercial requirements.
Execute Category plans via effective online merchandising of product & rich content, and cross channel digital marketing campaigns. Ensure all product data, images and content are readily available on the site and constantly strive to develop new data sources which will drive conversion and customer engagement.

What you’ll need to know:
You will have a commercial track record in planning and implementation for merchandising, pricing, marketing and communications, and operations within an online environment. Ideally you will have solid knowledge and experience of the Plumbing and Heating market, and its product range. Hands on knowledge and experience of online reporting, Google Analytics and conversion tools, you’ll develop customer value propositions and work with complex data sets / projects. You will possess excellent communications skills both written and verbally, with a strong work ethic and influencing skills.
