What you'll do

Do you have experience in planning and road mapping? At Toolstation we are looking to bring in an Affiliates Manager to develop the Affiliate and third party partnerships. If this interests you we would love to talk to you! 


Hybrid - working from home and also within one of our HUB Head office locations Bridgwater & Northampton. 


As the Affliates Manager you will develop the company's Affiliate and third party partnership strategy in line with the wider marketing and company objectives. Manage external agencies and partners and take ownership of end to end processes to plan, direct and coordinate campaigns and day to day activities within the Affiliate and Partnerships space.


Day to Day 


Responsible for leading the Affiliate and partnership strategy.  


Working closely with the wider marketing teams to set up and maintain a campaign focussed affiliate marketing channel. 


Manage and maintain agency and key partner relationships, staying abreast of industry trends and latest products/tools


Report on campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders


Awareness of channel performance & KPIs – Revenue, Margin, New & Existing customers 


Optimise exposure opportunities through the identification, research and recruitment of new affiliates and partners


React to tactical trading opportunities/risks and ensure activity is put in place





What you'll bring

To be successful in this role you will have a Digital marketing qualification or experience within a similar role. You will know how to conduct planning, roadmapping and can work with KPI's. Experience of using Google Merchant Centre, Adwords, Analytics, Affilite Marketing and Bing Advertising, providing analysis and insight to the business where appropriate. 


Most importantly you will be a team player, innovative, self starter and have the ability to work between multiple tasks.
