We deliver our Apprenticeship programmes virtually, holding training and coaching sessions using video conferencing technology. As such, this will be a home based role and we are flexible on the location of the successful applicant. We have opportunities for both experienced Apprenticeship Assessors and those with no previous experience who are looking for a career change.

As part of this vision, we’re looking for inspiring and enthusiastic individuals to join us. As an Apprentice Coach, you will support our Business Managers and their Apprentices throughout their programmes to ensure they complete on time and to a good standard.
We currently deliver programmes from Level 2 to Level 5 including; Trade Supplier, Sales, Warehousing, Fitted Furniture Design, Retail Manager, Team Leader and Operations Manager. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will be responsible for the delivery of one of our programmes, allowing you to get really close to that business area and become a true expert in the content.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all our Apprentices experience a positive learning environment that’s structured and progressive, and centred around them. On a day to day basis you will;
Support the development of the programme
Deliver knowledge and skills based webinars to small groups of learners
Keep accurate records on all learners in line with quality standards
Support, advise and motivate learners having good coaching conversations that challenge thinking and motivate change
Provide support and guidance to Managers in how to develop apprentices, using influencing and persuading skills to develop Managers that may be more experienced than you
Undertake appropriate training and development to remain industry aware and record and track in a CPD

To be successful within this role, we are looking for individuals who:
Have a passion for developing others
Are able to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels of an organisation
Are confident in providing feedback in a live environment
Has strong communication skills and is easily able to engage an audience
We are looking for both experienced Apprenticeship Assessors, and individuals who are looking to change careers to a role where they can help individuals develop themselves. For those who lack experience in an assessor role, we will enrol you onto a Level 4 Assessor Coach Apprenticeship which will arm you with the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to effectively support our learners.
