Hire Manager

This role will be working 5 days a week at Magna Park, Lutterworth 

What you’ll do

You will be managing and developing a team within the Direct Hire function to ensure first class service delivery for both internal and external customers, maximising growth opportunities. To ensure the team is supported and motivated whilst maintaining training needs, as well as upholding great relationships with our approved suppliers, to back up our service level commitments.

Working as part of a team to assist 52 BSS branches to expand our current hire offering, ensuring that the branches are fully supported to fulfil orders and quotations. You will work closely with many teams across the business including the Magna workshop, transport, operations, warehouse team and many more to understand and overcome issues together.  Act as an escalation point for internal/external customers, taking ownership and seeking to resolve them to the satisfaction of all concerned proactively.

Is this you

• Previous experience working in management or a team leader position 

• Confident handling customer complaints and able to solve operational challenges under tight time constraints. 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• The ability to work well under pressure in a high call and email volume part of the business.

• Experience within a hire environment would be desirable but full training will be given
