Assistant Branch Manager

Do you have experience supporting the running of day to day operations? Are you a sales focused individual, someone who understands the importance of customer excellence? We are seeking a strong assistant branch manager to take the reins of our Didcot branch.

CCF is a leading distributor of insulation, drywall and ceiling products to the UK’s construction industry. We offer a comprehensive range of products and complete solutions for contractors and builders, with competitive prices and reliable deliveries that will help you finish your projects on time and within budget. Our Didcot branch employs 20 staff made up of sales, drivers and warehouse, we also run 6 HGV vehicles and 1 van. 

The role of an Assistant Branch Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, in which you will support your Branch Manager and play a vital role in our continued success.

• With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to meet their individual needs and maximise the sale of goods

• Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures

• Being commercially aware, you will support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of a Branch and business

Since 1978 CCF has been supplying materials to the interiors trade. In 2002 we joined the Travis Perkins Group and merged with Atkins Insulation. We then became the Group’s specialist distributor of insulation and interior building products. Since then we have expanded further through a series of acquisitions, including Passmore Drywall and Insulation and SLBM Systems in 2007. With each step, we continue to extend our nationwide branch network and increase our product range.
