Assistant Branch Manager

Are you someone that likes to lead and motivate a team? Do you find it easy to build strong relationships with customers? If so we currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join one of our CCF Branches, that could be your next big opportunity.

What you’ll do

As the successful candidate, you will be confident in collaboration with your Branch Manager, on a variety of tasks. This could involve everything and anything from exceeding sales and profit targets to coordinating all aspects of branch operations – admin, stock management, transport, the whole works! Customer service is at the heart of what we do, you will engage your team to drive sales and success, provide product solutions whilst championing our ‘Stay Safe’ culture and driving first class safety standards across your branch.

Your customer service skills will be second to none and you will be able to relate to many people from every walk of life. Self-motivated, organised and a real team player, you’ll have no problems leading and motivating your colleagues
