We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and implement the Staircraft marketing plan, maximising brand awareness via cost-effective channels.

Founded in 1986, Staircraft is now the World’s largest supplier of Staircases and over the last 6 years, it has also established itself as one of the largest manufacturers of i-Joists and Door-Kits to the new-build housing market.

This is your opportunity to stamp your personality across the business as an Assistant Marketing Manager, supporting the Head of Marketing in creating, developing and executing a best-in-class plan.

You’ll be supported by some fantastic training and development and have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop across the Staircraft business.

Overview of tasks include:

- Assist the Head Of Marketing in creating, developing and implementing the plan
- Develop and lead Digital marketing activities – maximising all existing and future cost-effective channels
- Work with a wide-range of stakeholders to deliver best-in-class marketing collateral
- Communicate marketing initiatives to the business
- Improve and maintain Staircraft’s website &; family of Apps
- Support internal communication initiatives
- With your excellent communication skills and a passion to deliver creative results, you will build strong relationships with various stakeholders within the business. Your drive for delivering excellent service will be utilised on a daily basis, where your well organised and strong ability to plan workload will be key.

Along with the above, you’ll also have:-
- Worked within a Marketing environment as a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive
- Degree/CIM qualified
- Strong project management experience
- People management (preferred, not essential)
- Excellent eye for detail

Location: Colliery Lane North, Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Exhall, Coventry CV7 9NW
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Pay: Competitive salary including pension and medical benefits
