Business Process Assistant 

Location - Crick, Northamptonshire

The Role

The purpose of the role is to support the showrooms to deliver system updates and improvements for CAD, QuoteIT and POS. The role will lead the simplification of business and IT process in the showroom channel. Additionally enriching data for online showroom channels and ensuring pricing and promotions updates are completed monthly for the showroom systems. The role will also involve supporting the Business Process Manager to deliver new showroom initiatives.


Principe Accountabilities
  • Responsible for the creation of CAD catalogues and booking agency and IT slots.
  • Manage suitable reporting to ensure Quote IT product file is maintained by Category teams.  Provide support to Marketing Manager in updates and communications relating  to QuoteIT.
  • Take ownership for the update and delivery of the Showroom Technical Brochure.
  • Provide branch support and information as and when appropriate relating to CAD and Quote IT.
  • Responsible for liaison with IT to support CAD and QuoteIT programmes, including updates and ongoing maintenance
  • Responsible for upkeep of up to date POS on the internal ordering system. 
  • Provide support to the wider marketing team and Marketing Manager on other projects as appropriate


What you will have 
  • Degree, A-levels or equivalent
  • Worked within an administrative or support role and would be preferred  if you held experience focused on product data
  • Hold the ability to demonstrate process redesign and development
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work across multiple functions
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Team player
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to re engineer complex processes
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritise accordingly
  • Numerate and able to conduct data analysis
  • Comfortable with IT and learning new software
  • Hold a can do attitude approach and be Customer focused
  • Can work under pressure and achieve deadlines
