What you’ll do

The role of Customer Experience Manager Programme Manager exists in order to manage and deliver key business change and improvement projects, in order to aid the business realise customer-led improvements and efficiency savings. The role aims to positively influence the way that project methods and effective change management is used in the business.

This role will exclusively focus on supporting the Customer Experience Director in step changing the customer experience through key transformation projects driving customer centric positive change. 

The Customer Experience team are guardians of the end to end Customer Experience, across Travis Perkins channels ensuring that our experiences are consistent with our CX Vision, embodying our brand purpose, and ensuring we meet our customer satisfaction targets and ensuring there is a persistent focus on the customer in the actions the business takes.

Some accountabilities of the role:

- Supporting the Customer Experience Director to work with the senior leadership team to lead and manage key projects and support the successful delivery. 
- Identify new opportunities and bring them forward to add to the project pipeline. 
- Mapping the end to end customer journey, missions or propositions and identify new ways of work to create the BEST in class experience
- Use data and insights to understand problems and opportunities. 
- Contributing to the Customer Experience Strategy and customer improvement plan.

It would be great if you had experience in

You will come from a background where you have interpreted customer data and insight and formed that into an action to deliver change. You will have a strong customer understanding, empathy and intuition. Have the drive, passion and energy to make change and get it right for our customers.  You will have the ability to understand stakeholders motivations to flex your influencing approach when appropriate with willingness & ability to effectively challenge when appropriate. 

Along with the above we are looking for a proactive thinker who has done project management, financial analysis and has strong business acumen, you will be an excellent communicator, team player and with the desire to deliver results.
