Customer Service Advisor 

Location: Work From Home/Crick, Northamptonshire

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week, variety of hours available between 0900 - 1600 Monday to Friday and Saturday 8-12

The role:

Working in our Service Centre, as a Customer Service Advisor you will consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service over the telephone, ensuring orders, cancellations and amendments for all accounts are keyed within contract terms.

• The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:-

• Customer focused, proving an outstanding level of service. 

• Great communication skills both written and verbal.

• Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• The ability to multi task, prioritise and work under pressure. 

• A warm and friendly nature. 

• Team player with a can do, will do attitude. 

• Ability to handle high volume of telephone calls.
