An exciting new role has arisen within our Plumbing and Heating (P&H) division at our Omega Distribution site in Warrington for a Customer Service and Communication Manager. You will lead the Primary Distribution Hub (PDH) call centre teams in the resolution of all queries with a clear goal to deliver a first class service both internal and external.

The role:

As the Customer Service and Communication Manager you will provide management information and influence and resolve challenges relating to key call centre activity.

• Independently achieve a consistency in process and performance across PDH

• Develop a continuous improvement team culture by working closely with the team to identify key areas of improvement

• Measure PDH Service Performance and analyse and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly

• Manage the PDH customer services call centre and engage and motivate the team to ensure the best possible performance

• Manage and lead  PDH external Customer Service Representation and deliver responsive, professional and proactive customer service

• Communicate effectively across the business utilising all communications medium available

What we’re looking for:

You will have management experience within customer service, ideally within Distribution, Manufacturing or logistics. You will have demonstrable experience of customer service operation leadership and management of a team.

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Able to influence and gain buy-in and action from indirect and senior colleagues

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent Commercial acumen
