As we continue to grow our business, we’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support us to establish ourselves as leaders in the market.

Location: Spectrum Way, Cheadle Heath, SK3 0SA

What will I be doing?

Our Customer Service Assistant reports directly to our Branch Manager and is responsible for having input into all branch related activity, including:
  • Dealing with inbound calls to the branch
  • Order processing
  • Raising sales and purchase orders
  • Dealing with cash/credit card transactions etc
  • Support the warehouse team when required
Who are we looking for?

You may work in a merchanting environment currently and have the desire to grow into a bigger role but aren't being given the opportunity. You’ll be extremely adaptable, happy to get involved with anything and everything, supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day runnings of a successful operation.

Experience is not essential. What is essential, is to be passionate about customer service and to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues (product experience is also not essential, we can teach this)
