What you’ll do - Customer Support Advisor

As the Customer Support Advisor you will be part of a successful and proactive team focused on providing excellent customer service, being mindful that the customer may have made contact due to outstanding issues. Communicating well with the customer to understand their issue and working with branches, suppliers and regional teams to reach a solution.  

Some accountabilities of the role: 

- Provide a professional and consistent level of customer service at the first point of contact, for customers using the Benchmarx Customer Contact function.
- Dealing with  telephone, email & Social media queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with branch colleagues and area sales representatives to maximise all sales lead opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of current product range and promotions.
- Effectively contact customers as directed to advise  of New Branch Opening
- Contacting account customers that have debt outstanding / invoice queries as directed by the business to establish cause and working towards a conclusion

You’ll have a customer service background and always want to put the customer first! As the Customer Relations Advisor you will need to have excellent communication skills that can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The team that you will be working with has built strong relationships so someone that is open, honest and loves working as part of a high performing team is really important.
