Are you ready to embark on a new challenge that gives you the chance to Join our dynamic retail business as a Digital Data Analyst? You will be focused on leveraging digital data to drive customer-centric strategies to the next level. As a key member of our Customer Insight & Planning team, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to inform and enhance our overall customer strategy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics and customer-eccentric decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
What you'll bring
Someone with excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills?
Knowledgeable in leading the analysis and interpretation of customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive our business decisions?
Able to utilise advanced analytics techniques to analyse large datasets, extracting meaningful insights related to customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement across digital channels?
Confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for improving customer experience and driving business growth?
Able to develop and implement customer segmentation models to identify distinct customer groups based on various criteria such as demographics, behaviour, and purchasing patterns?
Demonstrate working closely with marketing teams to tailor campaigns and strategies for specific customer segments, optimising targeting and personalisation efforts?
You will also need to be able to
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer-focused initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build predictive models to forecast customer behaviour, lifetime value, and other relevant metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate predictive insights into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
