We have an army of over 25,000+ colleagues that are committed to providing an unrivaled level of service to our customers. Our In house Resourcing Team is now looking for an Executive Recruitment Lead to support the Group Leadership Team in recruiting the best Functional leaders across the Group. 

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the senior leadership teams of a highly successful and fast paced plc business.  This is a stand alone role which is an ideal role for someone who thrives on the challenge of working closely with the business, driving the agenda for search projects up to and including C-Suite level roles.  What is important to us, is that you’re focussed on delivering bespoke solutions to the business, through building an in depth understanding of the business strategy and partnering in a complex matrix environment.  

This is an exciting time to join the business with a recently appointed new Group HRD and Group Talent and OD Director, who are focussed on creating a strategy that is leading and visionary.

A passion for leading Director level search end to end, including research and mapping, direct sourcing, and managing an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints of the candidate journey is key to the success of this individual/ role.

The value this role brings is in building and retaining market and candidate insight akin to an internal search function.  The challenge, and excitement, this brings is delivering this capability in a stand alone capacity where you have the scope to design the process.  

Anyway, enough about us, what about you? 

To offer a real point of difference, you may have expertise in senior executive hiring gained either in an executive search consulting firm or in house recruitment function, or better still experience in both.  The Executive recruitment lead must demonstrate a proven track record of interviewing and selecting c-suite executives for Group wide leadership roles including behavioural interviewing and assessment. This person will also coach Senior Hiring Managers in best practise recruitment skills through one to one sessions as well as varying degrees of support required throughout the entire process, including supporting actively with decision making, and any compensation negotiations.

We’ve been working from home for most of this year so we’re flexible on location, however, there will be an element of travel to Northampton as and when the time is right. We work Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00, but happy to be flexible for the right person. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
