We’re recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join the General Merchanting division based in Northampton.  We are currently looking for a Property Finance Analyst to join our progressive and professional finance team and help manage the activities of the groups property portfolio.  

What you’ll do

As the Property Finance Analyst you will help manage a range of activities for the groups property portfolio which has 2000 properties which includes 400 freeholds. You will be an analyst that can demonstrate experience within a large company, that can deliver high-quality month processes for property Finance. 

You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with timely and accurate production of the monthly accounts. 
- Prepare and complete reconciliations 
- Support the preparation of budgets for the property department. 
- Assist the fixed asset team in their month end process. 
- Complete capital expenditure cost analysis as requested.
- Monthly capex reporting.
