Internal Sales Manager

Location: Unit 2, South Central, Peel Logistics Park, Test Ln, Nursling, Southampton SO16 9RB

- working with Internal Sales Colleagues to Increase Internal Sales Ledgers Sales & Improve Engagement

- working with External Sales Colleagues to ensure Key Local Projects are tracked and we are in Pole Position to secure Key packages, including managing Projects Quote and Progress

- responsible for the upskilling Sales Colleagues knowledge and develop Sales skills

This is a key customer facing sales driven role, you just need the ability to provide great customer service, have demonstrable sales experience in a similar environment e.g. merchanting/trade supplies and lots of drive, confidence, enthusiasm  and passion, we can teach you the rest.  Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to relate to lots of different people. Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good numerical skills. Full product training will be provided.
