Are you an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager looking for your next step? We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery team based in Northampton.

This exciting role will see you develop the Benchmarx brand for the Trade customer by designing specific communication and contact strategies for our key Trade segments. In collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting the Head of Marketing to build market awareness and achieve commercial goals.  

What you’ll do
  • Be a champion of protecting and developing the Benchmarx brand. As well as managing specific customer audiences, building a clear understanding of their differing needs
  • Experiment with communication & content implementation to create awareness and support behavioural change, with clear performance measures
  • Create a marketing strategy for specific audiences, sectors and products
  • Manage relationships with third parties and cultivate best practice communications

Is this you?
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who is a hands-on team player. You’ll need good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll also have strong analytical and organisational skills, but most importantly, you will be ambitious, act with an entrepreneurial spirit and put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You should have:
  • Business marketing degree or professional marketing qualification (i.e. CIM or ACIM)
  • Communications management, planning and development experience with B2B audiences
  • Experience of managing multiple marketing agencies, marketing projects and budgets with project leadership experience
  • Ideally have commercial awareness of the construction or related industry
  • Digital marketing skills or experience
