Looking to start your career but don't know where to look? Do you enjoy working as part of a team, do you like helping people, and don’t mind working outside, then we may have the role for you, a Multi-drop Driver.  You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, as long as you have the ability to provide great customer service, we will support you with a great onboarding experience and encourage you onto our TP development scheme. 

Our opening hours are - Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm and a 4:30pm finish on a Friday. 
 
As a Multi Drop-Driver will join our Cottsway(M.S) branch, which is a small size operation based in our Oxford region, the branch already has a fantastic, well-established team of 5 and they are running 1 delivery vehicle.  The Cottsway branch is a great team and the Branch Manager has created a fun and professional atmosphere.

What will I be doing?
  • No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but here are a few pointers:
  • Our success is built on strong relationships so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, as you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
  • Driving our Curtain Side Tail Lift 3.5 ton Van you will carry out multi‐drop deliveries from our branch direct to our local customers and be responsible for ensuring they receive their orders on time and in one piece, safely, every time. 
  • Assisting the branch after all drop’s have been completed, this could be in the warehouse or in the store itself. 
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures especially whilst unloading, loading and driving our vehicles. 
What experience do you need?
You will need to be an experienced driver with a minimum Cat B licence (up to 3.5ton) held for at least 12 months. Experience within our industry is advantageous but not essential as long as you have an ability to learn quickly, a strong work ethic and are physically fit.  We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service experience, health & safety awareness, the rest we can teach you along the way. We will provide you with a great introduction into our business and provide you with all the tools needed.
