Join our dynamic National Sales team at Keyline! We are looking for a National Sales Administrator to be a key player in our success story.
As part of the Travis Perkins Group, a leading UK supplier of civil engineering and drainage materials, Keyline Civils Specialist operates over 40 branches nationwide, supporting construction projects at all levels.
In this role, you will work closely with the National Sales Director and the sales leadership team, coordinating activities, and providing essential administrative support. This hybrid position offers a blend of office and remote work, with 2 days in our Leeds office and 3 days from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking POD's
- Compiling and managing sales reports and dashboards to enhance team performance
- Coordinating with suppliers for orders
- Serving as a primary contact for the National Sales team to facilitate seamless operations
- Collaborating with credit control
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and maintaining accurate documentation
Is this you?
You’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a role where you're supporting others behind the scenes to help them succeed. You have excellent attention to detail, proficient in Admin, great communication skills, and can confidently coordinate multiple tasks at once.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A natural organiser with strong admin and planning skills
Able to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and juggle competing priorities
Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
Resilient, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
You’ll need to be open to occasional travel, as this is a National role. You can be based anywhere in the UK and will have flexibility to work in a hybrid style.
