Travis Perkins are looking for an experienced individual to join a newly formed team in a regional capacity. Working as one of our new Regional Stock Improvement Managers covering our North West branches including Liverpool City Region, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
 
What will I be doing?
  • Reporting to our Regional Business Support Manager, you will be engaging with our Branch Managers and Branch Teams on a daily basis to improve stock health and organise and execute regional merchandising change plans across multiple sites and advise on branch change plans. 
  • Utilising your excellent communication skills you will coach branch teams on the implementation of new ranges, branch development plans and best practice in stock health.
  • You will ensure the Stock and availability performance targets are met in all the Sub Regions and Branches, monitor and maintain Stock product ranges and look for continuous improvement to maximise Sales with our customers.
  • You will support in the effective management of stock across the Region and Branches at all times ensuring maintenance of Company Standards for stock holding, accuracy, availability stock health and stock management disciplines and principles are applied
  • Key to success in this role will be working closely with our branch colleagues to coordinate resources at a local level, helping to deliver branch changes on regionally led projects.
