Sales Assistant - Tile Giant

Tile Giant currently have a vacancy for a Sales Assistant.  We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our branch team to help support and serve our customers. We need you to work as part of a close knit team who all have the passion to deliver great customer service, as it’s at the heart of everything we do.

Your background can be varied as previous experience of builders merchants is not essential, although you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

• A passion to deliver first class customer service

• Always willing to go the extra mile

• A helpful and friendly style

• A flexible approach to all aspects of branch life

• The ability to deliver ‘great’ in everything you do

• A willingness to progress and take advantage of development opportunities

You should also be willing to learn new skills in, or will already hold or have experience with the following:

• Sales skills both in person and over the phone

• Using systems to process orders/deliveries
