Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator (Job Grade: C1) -  CCF – Exeter, Devon, EX5 1DR

The Role

Working within our branch, you’ll maximise sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and help expand our customer base. You’ll manage key accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure stock levels across our wide product range meet customer demand both in branch and online.

This branch-based role doesn’t include commission, but you’ll be eligible for an annual performance bonus (conditions apply).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer service or phone-based role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well organised
• Good numerical and IT skills
• Full product training will be provided
