We are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Controller to join our Sales Ledger team, this is a full-time opportunity where you will work from our hub in Duston Northampton. If you are computer literate, organised and are a team player then we want to hear from you!  

What you’ll do

As the Sales Ledger controller you will accurately process all bank / allocate all payments received so customer accounts are accurate and up to date and in line with company service level agreements. 

Some accountabilities of the role 

- Process incoming mail, scan, post cheques and BACS payments to sales ledger and prepare cheques for banking.
- Process and bank all cheques and BACs payments on the day of receipt
- Allocate payments against invoices
- Liaise with the Credit control team and branches to resolve any allocation queries.
