Hybrid - working from home and also within one of our HUB Head office locations Bridgwater & Northampton.
As the Senior Digital Trading Manager you will be responsible for managing and trading Toolstation.com, profitability and driving performance. Building strong relationships with our internal IT, commercial, retail teams and external agencies / platforms to maximise sales conversion, support commercial campaigns and help create seamless online journeys for our customers.
What you'll bring
Day to Day
Responsible for the delivery of website content and merchandising
Working with the Performance Marketing team to optimise SEO activity, personalisation initiatives and to ensure design cohesion.
Manage the optimisation of trading performance for the website and merchandising activity by the Website Merchandising team.
React to tactical trading opportunities/risks
Report across Ecommerce and merchandising activity with the Digital Analysts ensuring it drives actions and understanding.
Review previous weeks performance and propose and agree actions for the week.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of running an online merchandising programme for a website with a large product range. Proven experience of successfully leading a team. Have a commercial drive with an understanding on how to drive the bottom line. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
