Location: Anywhere Midlands & East Midlands, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire.

What we think you’ll be doing! 

As the Head of Marketing you will:- 

- Build a customer first marketing proposition
- Use detailed market insight and data to drive decision making
- Develop and set a strategic marketing plan taking into consideration product, communications, colleagues and most importantly customers
- Lead the brand, you will ensure all campaigns have a targeted approach with the outcome always focussed on delivering CCF’s strategic objectives
- Lead & develop a team to deliver best in class marketing campaigns.
- Raise the knowledge level within the business, of our customer’s experience and satisfaction.
- Bring a solid understanding and experience of the Digital world and how it can translate into our business

Is this you? Head of Marketing

- Do you have experience of influencing in a Senior Marketing position previously?
- Have you experience of managing B2B led marketing campaigns and strategy in a Wholesale, Retail or Trade environment? Or maybe you feel you can bring something to the table from an aligned, but different sector.
- Have you experienced managing a significant marketing budget?
- Have you got excellent multi-channel marketing campaigns?
