Senior Sourcing Manager - Bathrooms

We have ambitious plans... transformational plans, facilitating the requirement for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead and deliver our Direct Sourcing strategy within our Bathroom category and to continue driving efficiencies across the Business.

The Role

The senior sourcing manager will have overall accountability for the strategy and management of  the sourcing programme within the Bathrooms Category. The role will involve working closely within the category management team to analyse current performance to determine what the future range should be and the appropriate supply partners and logistics model. The successful applicant will lead the complete sourcing element of the project including finalising all range and supplier selection in accordance with framework and CPA. As part of this will need to review total macro space available and determine new space matrix and appropriate merchandise solution.

Engagement with stakeholders across the business will be critical to the role as well as gaining sign off from senior management team.

A commercial experienced leader with a proven track record of success, you will be highly motivated, innovative, tenacious and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Well versed in working on high profile projects, you will show exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to create and sustain long term partnerships.  With commercial acumen, a keen eye for detail and proven experience in delivering complex projects, you will drive our sourcing strategy to achieve our 5 year plan.

To succeed within this role, you will evidence sourcing experience, strong analytic skills, proven project management expertise and bags of self awareness along with the communication and presentation skills.
