National Key Accounts Coordinator

National Key Accounts Coordinator - Role can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel throughout the BSS branch network

What will you do? 

Managing specific key accounts for the business to deliver quotes and orders inline with customer SLA’s .

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• To accurately turnaround quotes and orders for selected Key Accounts 

• To manage call off orders for selected key accounts as required 

• To ensure that a  consistent approach and service is  given to both internal and external customers 

• To liaise with KAM’s & KAD’s  to maximise opportunities for increased business with these accounts 

• To follow up and update QMS to ensure that all quotes are tracked giving visibility to KAD’s,  KAM’s and the regions of account progress
