Telesales Representative - F&P

Our F&P Wholesale Network have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Representative.  Join our fast paced business and friendly team, where we work hard to simply delivering more for our customers and colleagues.

The role we're recruiting for:

You will sell F&P, it’s products and services to existing customers from our office based in Bedford.  Working with the field based sales team to ensure customers requirements are identified and captured.    

You will:

• Contact and sell to an existing customer base ensuring that all relevant contacts are regularly contacted, demonstrating the ability to maximise selling time by excellent planning and organisation.  

• Maintain the highest level of integrity, customer confidence and satisfaction through regular telephone, email and postal contact.

• Understand and interpret customer requirements and use every sales opportunity to promote the full F&P, Primaflow & Connections product range and services.  

• Through consistent planning, make the most effective use of time to achieve set targets and objectives.

• Under direction from the Tele-Marketing Manager, carry out specific sales development project work within the department.

It would be great if you had:

The ideal candidate will be PC literate with a strong understanding of Excel and Word programmes. You will have good time management skills and the capability to communicate across all levels.

A background in sales whether face to face or over the phone and proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs together with knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry is not essential but would be beneficial.  You should be highly motivated, task and focus driven and able to use business data to develop and implement sales objectives/strategies.
