We want to be the first choice Hire partner for the best builders in town.  This means we need someone who enjoys building customer relationships and developing propositions, driving sales, reviewing financials and making sure operational excellence is a basic standard. Sound like you?  

As a Hire Operations Manager you will have accountability for your own mini business. Managing the profit and loss of a series of Hire operations for a specific geographical area, driving sales, service and financial improvement, through a team of Hire experts across our branch network. We're looking for a Hire Operations Manager to join us and cover our South London patch (essentially South of the river within the M25)

But you don’t know your genie lifts from your wacker plates?  This is not a problem!  We are looking for someone with different ideas, ways of working, and experiences, not necessarily someone with industry or product knowledge.  Experience of delivering great service, achieving KPIs across a balanced scorecard and someone who can demonstrate adaptability and driving continuous improvement would be successful in this role.
