What you’ll be doing
Join us as a Branch Administrator working as part of the Travis Perkins team in Redditch, you will play a key role in delivering the first-class service our loyal customers have come to expect.

No two days are the same at a Travis Perkins branch, but here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Matching and processing invoices, and handling payments to suppliers

  • Managing emails and general correspondence

  • Sorting, batching, and inputting tickets

  • Investigating and resolving credit queries

  • Collaborating closely with the logistics team to ensure accuracy

And most importantly, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Your role will be to uphold our high standards, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment at all times. While it may not be a plush office setting, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic branch that supplies construction materials to the building industry. We’re a hard-working, friendly team, and there’s always something to smile about!

Who you are

  • You have solid administrative experience, with strong numerical skills and the ability to match invoices and payments accurately.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be building great relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

  • You’re a helpful individual who brings positive energy to work each day.

  • You’re comfortable using computers and can quickly learn new systems and procedures.

  • Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage, but not essential.
