The role

Within this role you will support the Branch Manager with the operation of the Tool Hire Centre, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and resources are effectively utilised. You will primarily be responsible for serving our customers at the trade counter, dealing with telephone enquires, quoting and all administrative duties associated with the role.

What we are looking for

Experience within the hire industry would be advantageous but not essential as new starters would be required to undertake a 12 month training programme to embed them into the role. A full driving licence would be required as there will be an expectation to carry out deliveries from time-to-time during busier spells.
