Branch Sales Assistant

We'll provide you with all the necessary support to excel in your role.

Where Will You Be Working?

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be based at our Fakenham branch, one of our smaller branches. The branch contains a fantastic, well-established team of 7 colleagues and 2 delivery vehicle. With a strong customer footfall, this is a busy and dynamic workplace.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products

• Be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first-name basis

• Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase

• You’ll offer a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for our Customers
