Branch Sales Coordinator

As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.

What will I be doing?

Not one day is the same as the next in CCF branch life, but here are a few pointers:

• Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.

• You will be based inside, processing our customer orders, answering the phone, keeping stock and facing up shelves.

• You will also be dealing with supplier deliveries and accurately book them in the branch.

• Full training is provided to use our systems and a coach will be assigned to help you on your development programme for the first 12 months.

• Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, this means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

What we are looking for?

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills and able to relate to loads of different people. Self­ motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good numerical skills. However, with this apprenticeship, we are willing to take on someone with a completely different background. As long as you have fundamental customer service and transferable skills, anyone can be successful in this role.
