Branch Sales Negotiator – No Experience? No Problem!
Our sales colleagues are an integral part of our business, helping to drive our success and maintain our reputation for excellent customer service. You don’t need previous sales experience—if you are motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, we’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed.

What will you be doing?
As a Branch Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and growing our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer needs and working closely with the external account manager to ensure excellent service
- Making proactive outbound calls using our CRM and Sales Hub systems to generate and follow up on leads
- Handling customer enquiries from first contact through to invoicing, helping them find the right products and solutions
- Maximising sales opportunities by offering alternatives where needed and maintaining strong control of margins
- Negotiating and building relationships with key suppliers and their representatives
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Following all sales procedures accurately, including cash and credit transactions, ensuring all records are maintained correctly
- Assisting with stock management and participating in stock-taking when required
- Prioritising safety to ensure high standards are maintained at all times

This is a customer-facing role, so you’ll need to be confident, friendly, and great at building relationships. We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop
- Strong customer service skills – if you enjoy helping people, you’ll thrive in this role
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic IT and numerical skills – you don’t need to be an expert, just comfortable using systems
