Contract Support Assistant 
Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week 
Location: Northampton

The role:

Serving customers over the telephone you will ensure orders, cancellations and amendments for all accounts are keyed quickly and accurately to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered and maximise sales at every opportunity. 

What we are looking for;

  • Customer focused with excellent customer service skills. 
  • Experience in plumbing and heating within a similar business is desirable but not essential.
  • Passionate and driven to help our business grow. 
  • Credible and professional. 
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised. 
  • Able to instil trust and confidence. 
  • A team player with a friendly personality.
