What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our branch, providing excellent customer service while putting safety first for customers and colleagues alike. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers is key, so we’re looking for someone friendly, approachable, and keen to deliver great service. You’ll get to know many customers by name! Occasionally, you’ll also work in the warehouse.
Your main tasks will include:
- Handling customer requests and sharing product information
- Preparing quotes and helping customers with their purchases to increase sales
- Ensuring smooth and safe movement of products around the branch
- Maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and policies
- Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while keeping safety standards high.
Who you are
- No previous experience is needed—we’ll provide full training! We’re looking for someone who is:
- Adaptable, resilient, and motivated, with plenty of energy and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Friendly and outgoing, helping create a positive and supportive atmosphere for customers and colleagues
