Customer/Showroom Sales Assistant

Joining our family as a Showroom Assistant, you’ll be part of our busy Cirencester branch, where you’ll help us provide every customer with excellent service. We’re a developing, forward‐thinking business. And we want people who love what they do.  That means taking pride in outstanding service and going above and beyond. You don't need to come from our sector, or have product knowledge, we will provide you with all the training and development you need.  

This is a Part-Time position working within the hours of 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday while working 1 in 2 Saturday’s 8am-12pm.

Your role will vary on a day-to-day basis but you will: 

• Build relationships with our customers (Traders and Homeowners) both face to face and over the phone. It's likely that you will get to know them on a first name basis, so it’s essential that you can build and develop long terms relationships and deliver the highest standards of service.

• Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding sales targets 

• Follow up sales leads
