To continue with our success and to keep achieving our goals, we’re on the lookout for an experienced, commercially minded and creative Framework Account Manager to cover Nationally (geographical area), who is equally passionate about our customers and the service we provide.
What do we want?
We, at CCF have significant revenue growth plans, and the activity/spend of our National Key Account Customers are critical for us to achieve our targets. You will be utilising your strategic and operational mindset, where you can unleash our brand potential to drive sales and product mix to achieve strategic targets.
With your enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful mindset and a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities, you will also play a key role in working with other senior stakeholders to identify and consider suitable opportunities which will drive business growth and support progress towards strategic objectives.
What you’ll do:
You will lead and manage the partnership with a defined number of National Key Accounts. By working collaboratively, you will agree and achieve jointly agreed strategic plans and objectives; thus delivering the sales and profit budget for those accounts.
No two days are the same within this key customer orientated role, but here are some of the key accountabilities you will be involved in:
● Lead and motivate the sales function within the business across key main contractor & national / regional housebuilder customers.
● Select and build key account customers to achieve sales profit and product mix targets.
● Monitor and effectively respond to competitor activity, in order to maintain optimal competitive positioning for CCf across existing and potential Key Account customers and Key suppliers.
Is this you?
● Proven ability to manage a number of large key customers and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders of all levels.
● Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop a successful strategic plan.
● Identify new sales opportunities and create solutions for customers to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties.
● Extensive experience in External and Key Account Management covering a large geographical area.
● Have a thorough understanding of the Market and Industry knowledge.
● National main contractor and national / regional house builder knowledge.
● Excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate drive and initiative.
