Kitchen Sales Designer

No industry experience? No problem! We’re not looking for product knowledge - just a passion to learn. We’ll equip you with all the training and support you need to excel. Our top Kitchen Designers come from diverse backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience for both Trade Customers and Homeowners.

A full UK Driver's License and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role as local travel is required. If you're almost at the finish line of your driving test, we still encourage you to apply!

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (2 Saturdays in 4-week rotation)

Flexible working hours available - this can be discussed during your interview.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Designer, you'll build relationships with both Trade Customers and Homeowners. Here’s a glimpse into life at Benchmarx:

• You’ll foster strong relationships with customers, getting to know them personally and delivering top-tier service.
• Design and plan kitchens using CAD, delivering accurate quotes and professional designs, while keeping customers updated.
• Leverage your creative flair and product knowledge to provide the best kitchen solutions, all while closing sales.
• Build a network of satisfied customers, ensuring you meet targets and collaborate with the external Sales Rep on customer needs.
• Engage with customers outside the branch, visiting their homes or building sites to present your CAD designs.
• Ensure safety is always a top priority, adhering to company policies to keep everyone safe.
