What you will do

We, at Travis Perkins, have a brilliant opportunity for a Account Coordinator to join our collaborative and thriving National Sales Office team based in our Head Office within Northampton. In this role you will coordinate enquiries over email and manage inbound calls and orders for customers, offering a single point contact for pricing and ordering for our large National customers. Linking with our branch network, manufacturers and National Account Managers, you will partner with them to contribute to our sales growth through proactive customer engagement.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Great customer services skills
- Build strong relationships with multiple customer and internal stakeholders
- Experience in identifying new opportunities and creating solutions for our customers
