We are looking for a Workshop Manager to work in our Northampton Branch!

What will I be doing?

No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but here are a few pointers:

• To ensure all daily duties undertaken by colleagues within the workshop, are supervised and guided as required by the Tool Hire Branch Manager.

• Implement company service and repair standards to all company product groups.

• Identify and liaise with Tool Hire Branch Manager on all service and repair issues which will improve performance and company utilisation targets.

• Manage the monthly repair spend budgets in line with AOP.

• Manage the product repair costs against values so profitable maintenance, service and repairs are always carried out.

• Management of spares, equipment and services needed for the safe and efficient running of the Workshop, storage area at the facility.

What experience do you need?

• Ability to communicate at all levels and provide clear, direct instructions 

• Ability to work on own initiative 

• Management experience
