Branch Supervisor – Truro (Lead, Motivate, Inspire)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:00pm, plus 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 12 midday every 4 weeks

What You'll Be Doing

As our Branch Supervisor, you’ll help drive the success of the branch by:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations

• Helping to lead the team and keeping everyone focused and motivated

• Working closely with customers, making sure they get the best service every time

• Creating smart sales plans to grow the business and hit your targets

• Solving problems fast – whether it's pricing, orders, or service issues

• Knowing your products inside out so you can give expert advice

• Spotting opportunities in the local market to beat the competition

• Keeping safety a top priority, always

You won’t manage the whole team, but your energy and teamwork will keep everything running smoothly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

We're after someone who:

• Has at least 2 years' sales experience and a Full UK Driving Licence

• Loves working with people and is great at building relationships

• Can think ahead, spot opportunities, and plan smart strategies

• Is passionate about delivering excellent service every single time

• Knows the local area and understands what customers really need
