We are succession planning, so are career focused and have a thirst for learning and are open to learning every aspect of how our branch operates, we would love to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity for Branch Trainee in our highly successful branch in Ipswich on Anson Road, Martlesham Heath Business Park.  We have 11 colleagues and 2 delivery vehicles, this is our busiest branch with a footfall over 30-40 Trade Customers a day, most we know on a first name basis.  If you love talking to customers both on the phone and face to face, then this role could be for you!  You don't need to come from our sector, we can teach product knowledge. 

Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm 

What experience will you need?
We are a trade-focused business, so a large part of your day as a Branch Trainee will involve working directly with the customers and creating a personalised experience, this includes:
Making phone calls to new prospects and current account holders
Attracting new customers through answering calls and chasing potential leads.  
Supporting other team members with the day to day in branch
We will teach you the rest and provide a great onboarding and induction!
